Please make sure that the case is dry before use (it is recommended to put in an anti-fog cotton sheet to prevent fogging) and the locking screw is properly installed.
Ensure that the waterproof sealing ring is clean and intact and is firmly installed.
It is recommended to place the waterproof case underwater for approximately 5 minutes to ensure it is working properly before using.
